The staff are absolutely amazing; they are warm and knowledgeable. I have done cryotherapy sessions and an initial stretch consultation, which were both great experiences. Although cryotherapy is freezing, Alley makes the time go by fast by talking me through it! Nick gave my initial stretch session, which was spectacular. My body felt incredibly loose and fluid afterwards. I would recommend KB Wellness Center to anyone. I cannot wait to explore more of what they offer!
Great staff and facility! Started with the Normatec boots before moving into a fascial stretch session. After the very eye opening and helpful fascial stretch they moved me to the sauna and CRYO... cold as you can get! Rejuvenated and relaxed for the first time in a long time! Thanks everyone!

Great location and perfect set up! A lot of wellness options that accommodate any need/want. The fascial stretching is impressive! I’ve never heard of such a therapy and it’s exactly what I needed for my back problems and lateral shifts. Any correction, therapy, modality, body work, etc is available and they are very educational. I could hang out here all day!
Amazing Center! As I enter 2021 I wanted to really take care of my body. Nick and his entire team know what they are doing. It’s affordable and clean! From massage to stretching and so much for this is the place!
For so long I have yearned for community and wellness as a significant part of my life. I’ve never imagined those two could co-exist as one entity. Wellness and recovery have always been a very intimate and individualized process and community always involves people in numbers. When I’m at Kb Wellness Center I find other like minded, healthy, community based people that are all on a journey of wellness together. The comfort of knowing I can show up and make friends and be well with others is just what I was looking for! The wide range of modalities and therapies they offer is like no recovery center I’ve been to. I know there are others but these people are welcoming and the space is clean and it’s safe to say they genuinely put an effort into presenting a unified and comforting front to not just existing members and clients but new ones alike!
Great center! Glad I found this and am able to take advantage of the membership perks. Wellness is very important to me and being able to ask questions and always feel welcomed when I come in the door makes this place a winner in my book! I love the extra services they provide and highly recommend fascial stretching if you've never tried. It has done wonders for my hip pain.
